October

The clarity of pain
Of fear
And love
Love is clear
When the heart and the body and the mind
Want to be clear together
That is love
That is love

Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body

And it’s not ecstatic
It holds to sky
Close to the earth
Through the body

And even the sky is not ecstatic
Love makes it all known
Everything it touches
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
Is of the earth, of the body
